Сокращенные формы: I have = I’ve [aIv], he has = he’s [hJz], we have = we’ve [wJv], has not = hasn’t [hxznt], have not = haven’t [hаvnt] Present Perfect Continuous образуется при помощи вспомогательного глагола to be в форме Present Perfect ( have been, has been ) и причастия настоящего времени смыслового глагола — Present Participle (IV-я форма или ing-форма.

Present Perfect Continuous употребляется для выражения: Длительного действия начавшегося в прошлом и продолжающегося до момента речи, причем: 1. Действие может еще продолжаться в момент речи (при этом необходимо указать длительность периода действия); 2. Действие закончилось непосредственно перед моментом речи, а его результат присутствует в настоящий момент. |
1 Для выражения длительного действия, которое началось в прошлом и еще продолжается в настоящее время. При употреблении этой формы необходимо указать период времени, в течение которого совершается действие, например:
for an hour в течение часа for a month в течение месяца for a long time в течение долгого времени, долго, давно since yesterday со вчерашнего дня since five o’clock с пяти часов since morning с утра |
since she returned с тех пор, как она вернулась lately недавно, в последнее время all my life всю жизнь all this year весь этот год all day long весь день these three week эти три недели |

Эта форма также употребляется в вопросах, начинающихся с how long? как долго? сколько времени? и since when? с каких пор?, если речь идет о периоде, который непосредственно предшествует моменту речи:
How long has he been living in Moscow? He has been living in Moscow for five years. |
Сколько времени он живет в Москве? Он живет в Москве пять лет. |
С глаголами, не употребляющимися в формах Continuous, вместо Present Perfect Continuous употребляется Present Perfect:
I have been here for two hours. |
Я нахожусь здесь уже два часа. |
I have known him since my childhood. |
Я знаю его с детства. |
